And one of them is a sweet, bite-sized treat.

KFC just added two new finger foods to its menu — just don’t forget the napkins.

A new chicken item and bite-sized dessert are now available at the popular fried chicken chain for literal finger-lickin’ goodness and to help you forget about chizza FOMO

KFC’s new Saucy Nuggets will debut on April 1, the one-year anniversary of its first-ever chicken nuggets hitting the menu.

The glossy Saucy Nuggets will be available in five flavors and made with 100% white meat. The sticky sauce coatings include two old favorites—Nashville Hot and Georgia Gold, a honey mustard barbecue sauce—plus three new flavors: a sweet-spicy Honey Sriracha, Korean BBQ boasting umami and sesame, and Sticky Chicky Sweet ‘n Sour, a tangy combo of pineapple, garlic, vinegar, and chili.

KFC’s standard nuggets come with the option of a dipping sauce: buffalo ranch, classic ranch, honey barbecue, honey mustard, or KFC sauce — so these new additions add a whole new range of flavors to the Kentucky fried nugget experience.

To celebrate the new offering’s launch and lure guests into trying the new menu item (and joining KFC’s new rewards program), spending $10 or more on KFC.com or via the app earns customers a free 10-piece Saucy Nuggets. In most markets, a 10-piece order of Saucy Nuggets will typically go for $5.99.

And for some extra sweetness, a new handheld dessert item is also being added to the menu. KFC’s new Apple Pie Poppers are bite-sized apple pie tartlets, wrapped in a cinnamon sugar flaky puff pastry and filled with gooey apple pie filling. Sold warm and in packs of four for $2.49, these little treats are kind of the perfect sugary, comforting finish to a chicken meal.

Saucy nuggets aren’t quite a new invention. Boneless wings, popular at independent restaurants and big chains like Buffalo Wild Wings are essentially chicken nuggets covered in sauce (not, in fact, chicken wings with the bones removed). David Chang’s fast food chain, Fuku, also sells a version of saucy nuggets — chicken tenders glazed with a proprietary sweet and spicy sauce, plus a vegan version: Impossible Chicken nuggets with the same glaze.

Flavorful nuggets are very much in season. McDonald’s just announced the long-anticipated return of its Spicy Chicken McNuggets, plus the limited-time release of its Savory Chili WcDonald’s Sauce for dipping.

Whatever you call them, bite-sized pieces of chicken — crispy, crunchy, and coated in sauce — are pretty much always going to be finger-lickin’ good.
