Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick reveal secret behind their 35-year marriage
Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick have been happily married for 35 years, and the pair still share the same connection that they did when they first tied the knot back in 1988.
Despite their close bond, the pair don't often work together, although they have on new film Space Oddity, and speaking exclusively to People they opened up about what keeps their marriage so fresh. Sharing the sweet reason behind the longevity of their relationship, Kyra said: "A sense of humor is crucial. He is very freaking funny."

Kevin also revealed that it was love at first sight as soon as he laid eyes on her. "I was knocked out," he gushed. "I thought she was amazing."

However, Kyra admitted that she had been a little 'put off' by Kevin, but decided to agree to a date with the Apollo 13 star which swayed her opinion.
"I remember waking up and going, 'I feel like home,'" she recalled. "I realized, 'Oh, that was him.'"
The pair regularly treat fans to loved-up displays and last month Kevin took to Instagram to share footage from inside his New York home, in his latest Monday Blues installment.
While speaking, he donned a crisp blue shirt and black-rimmed glasses and relaxed in his stunning living room which featured large windows, warm lighting and white walls.
Using the popular series to honor his wife, Kevin addressed his fans in a wholesome clip, captioned: "Hey everyone, happy Monday. You know what's really at chasing away those #MondayBlues? Mom Rock. That's right, moms know how to get down.
