Kelsea Ballerini is a blonde bombshell in a chest-to-hip cut-out dress
Chances are, you've heard of Kelsea Ballerini, and likely more so in the past year since the country music singer went Instagram official with Outer Banks actor, Chase Stokes, back in February. The two regularly share super cute couple snaps on their respective social media accounts and ngl we love their love.
Well, last night we got another adorbs update from the pair when they attended the 2023 TIME100 Next event together in New York City. But what overshadowed their PDA was Kelsea's outfit.
The red carpet event is held in celebration of the publication's annual list recognising rising leaders in health, climate, business, sports, the arts and more. And this year, Kelsea not only made the list but also graces the cover of the 2023 TIME 100 Next issue.
Naturally, Kelsea pulled out all the stops with her look and it's safe to say she looks incredible.
Styled by Molly Dickson and wearing a Stella McCartney black full-length gown, the l0ng-sleeve round-neck design is amped up with a *huge* cut-out beginning at one shoulder and spanning diagonally across her torso finishing below the opposite hip and revealing a slither of her toned abs. Featuring a knotted detail at the bust, the slashed fabric is also embellished with two silver XL 3D knots at either end of the cut-out. If that wasn't enough, a thigh-high leg slit completes the look.
Kelsea made sure to keep all the attention on her daring dress, adding barely there black heeled sandals to her feet and skipping all accessories save for diamond stud earrings. Her hair was slicked back into an elegant high ponytail while her minimal makeup look was natural with a nude glossy lip.
Kelsea gave her followers an inside look at her 'fit and the event, making sure to include two snaps of Chase in her post. In his simple black t-shirt and trousers with an elegant camel wool coat worn over the top, he was the perfect accessory.
