Last night, Orlando Bloom ran on stage to save fiancé Katy Perry from an almost wardrobe malfunction, and it's safe to say our hearts have officially melted.

The pair were attending Variety’s Power of Women event in Beverly Hills, where Katy was performing in a long, lilac Schiaparelli dress with extreme puffed sleeves. But, just before she was due to start singing, Katy needed a helping hand from Orlando.

In a clip that's now making the rounds on socials, Katy says into the microphone (in front of the entire crowd), "Orlando, can you undo my corset? It's a little tight I can't sing." A very-willing Orlando can then be seen running on stage to help her out, and adorably gives her a kiss on the shoulder as he undoes her gown.

"Pull it all the way down, I have a girdle in here!" Katy laughs, before adding, "Okay, now I can breathe!" As the crowd cheers in adoration of the v sweet moment, Katy exclaims: "My hero."

During the event, Katy presented her Firework Foundation, which aims to reach disadvantaged communities through the arts. As she made a speech on stage thanking her various business partners, the singer also praised her fiancé for his ongoing support.

She thanked Orlando for being "an incredible father," and "an example to our greatest gift ever, our daughter Daisy — a future powerful woman."

Katy continued: "I pledge to you to do my best to be an example of one, to never put limits on your dreams, to lead with love, never through fear, and to always be your lighthouse in any darkness."

Finally, she added, "Orlando, a man that is a friend and an ally to women all around the world, thank you for handling the insanity of my life."

Katy and Orlando have been dating since 2016 and got engaged three years later. Together they share a daughter, Daisy Dove, born August 2020.
