Kate Middleton looks adorable in throwback ad for family business
Kate Middleton’s parents have shared a rare photo of their children posing in an advert for the family business during the company’s 30th anniversary.
It’s easy to forget that before marrying into one of the world’s most powerful families, Duchess Kate was just like any playful girl. The photo, featuring all three Middleton children, shows just that.
That’s a seven-year-old Kate on the far right — and her siblings Pippa (second from the right) and James (far left).
Their mother, Carole Middleton, took the opportunity to share how all three of her children helped create the brand they call Party Pieces.
“It is still very much a family business today, and over the years all my children have played a huge part in it from modelling for the catalogue to developing new categories for the brand,” she wrote on the website.
“James established our personalized cakes, Catherine started the 1st birthday side of the business, and Pippa developed the Party Pieces blog.”
As we all know, the fun-loving seven-year-old pictured went on to become the Duchess of Cambridge, bearing two adorable children of her own.
