From Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie to Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag, there have been some pretty iconic celebrity feuds in the last two decades. But, while some celebrities seem to have no trouble when it comes to putting their feud to rest, for others it doesn't come so easy. Take Kanye West and Drake for example, who have been feuding for the best part of ten years.

It all started back in 2010, when Drake's verse was cut from Kanye's track, All of the Lights. Since then, the pair have been caught up in a number of public arguments, notably over Kanye's alleged involvement in leaking that Drake has a son, and then more recent rumours that Drake had secret relations with Kim Kardashian – although she strongly denies this.

But, fast forward to 2021 and it seems Kanye (who recently changed his name to Ye) is ready to put all the drama behind him, once and for all. In a video shared on Twitter, the 44-year-old said: "I'm making this video to address the ongoing back and forth between myself and Drake. Both me and Drake have taken shots at each other and it's time to put it to rest."

He then went on to invite the Canadian rapper to perform with him at a benefit concert next month, which has been arranged to help free Larry Hoover (the convicted co-founder of Chicago street gang Gangster Disciples, who is currently serving a life-long prison sentence). "I'm asking Drake on December 7 to join me on stage as a special guest to share the two biggest albums of the year live in Los Angeles," Kanye added, "I believe this event will not only bring awareness to our cause, but prove to people everywhere how much more we can accomplish when we lay our pride to the side and come together."

Drake hasn't yet responded to Kanye's request, so watch this space...
