Jude Law's wife towers above him as he proudly poses with rarely-seen children for major honour
Jude Law couldn't contain his emotions as he expressed admiration for his family who have "lived with and supported" his passion for acting over the years as he was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier this week. The British actor, 51, added "they know what they mean to me, I love them so much" as he was proudly recognised with a star while his wife of five years, Phillipa Coan, watched on.
Jude, who looked as dapper as always in a smart grey blazer suit jacket with a white shirt and black trousers, said the award was a "delightful honour" and that it was a "really special day" as his star was unveiled during the special ceremony with his proud family watching.
Meanwhile Jude's glamorous wife Phillipa, who is 13-years his junior, put on a very leggy display in a black roll neck jumper dress which she paired with opaque tights. The psychologist, 38, finished her look with a figure-hugging black blazer and a pair of ankle boots.

Phillipa’s ankle boots added just the right amount of edge as she proudly towered over her husband, while her signature blonde locks were styled in a sophisticated ponytail.
The couple, who tied the knot in an intimate London ceremony in 2019, welcomed their second child together last year - Jude’s seventh.
Also at the ceremony was Jude's two eldest children, actor Rafferty and model Iris, who he shares his first wife, actress Sadie Frost. He also shares 21-year-old Ruby, with his ex-wife.
He is also a doting father to 13-year-old Sophia, whom he shares with model Samantha Burke, and eight-year-old Ada with singer-songwriter Catherine Harding.
Jude's oldest child Rafferty, 27, opted for casual chic with a stylish grey jumper and navy blazer as he showed his support at the ceremony alongside his longtime girlfriend Rosa Ramirez. Meanwhile Iris, 23, turned heads in a white draping minidress which she accessorised with a chunky gold chain belt.
The model opted for towering wedges and kept warm in a trendy blue wool coat while adding sunglasses to complete her look.
In his speech, Jude addressed his family, thanking them for their support as he pursued his acting career. "The collaboration starts at home," said Law, speaking at the event.
He said: "I’ve been very very lucky to have had a family around me that have lived with and supported my passion for acting and filmmaking. And some of those members of my lovely family are here today. And they know what they mean to me. I love them so much."
Jude was honoured with a star on the famous street for his prolific work as an actor, including starring roles in films such as "The Holiday" and "The Talented Mr. Ripley." Law also stars in the new Disney+ series "Star Wars: Skeleton Crew."
Jude’s love life has made headlines over the years, but his relationship with Phillipa is something he gushes about.
"I’m fortunate to be with someone I’m madly in love with," he said in a previous interview with Jimmy Fallon. "We have an incredibly stable, healthy, wonderful family existence. Watching my kids grow up and being a part of their lives is the greatest joy."
In 2021, Iude became a father of seven in 2021 after having a second child with his wife Philippa. Speaking previously to The Guardian about hiss experience of becoming a parent, Jude said: "I started crying at anything. Everything emotional immediately goes to my relationship with them – and the capacity of love and the capacity of loss and all of that."
