It's all kicking off at John Lewis as far as Christmas is concerned this year, with searches for "Christmas tree decorations" up a huge 193% compared to this time last year.

After opening its online festive shop in August, John Lewis has seen a tremendous influx of shoppers hurrying to get their Christmas orders in early ahead of stock inevitably selling out. What's high on people’s lists? Well, John Lewis recently revealed that bows, disco balls, and wreaths have already become customer favourites, with sales exceeding expectations.
As for baubles, John Lewis is stocking 346 loose bauble options as well as 59 different boxed sets — and rightly so, with sales for individual baubles already up 130% vs last year. A firm favourite of ours and one design that's already a bestseller is this Disco Ball Cherries Tree Decoration (£6).
The department store has also reported that shoppers are getting organised ahead of the big day, too, with sales of wrapping paper up 87%. Thankfully, John Lewis has 32 styles to choose from.
