Jimmy John's Just Added a New Menu Item We Can't Wait to Try

It’s kind of a big dill.

Jimmy John’s is good at keeping things fresh with limited-edition sandwiches and '90s-inspired merch. Now, it has another addition to the menu that we can’t wait to try.

If you’ve been to Jimmy John’s, there’s a good chance you’ve had one of the Jumbo Kosher Dill Jimmy Pickles to accompany your wrap. And if you’re like many, you may have wished for even more dill pickle yummy goodness that comes in, say, a potato chip form.

Lucky for you, the sandwich chain is launching a new limited-edition pickle-flavored chip just in time for National Pickle Day.

With the return of Lay’s Grilled Cheese & Tomato Soup chips and Kettle's newest Tailgate Edition 7 Layer Dip chips, we’re already snacking on some unique flavors. Now, we have a new chip to add to the list.

National Pickle Day is on Tuesday, Nov. 14, and Jimmy John’s is celebrating early with its brand new Pickle Jimmy Chips. From now until Nov. 26, you can grab a bag of these chips made with salt, peanut oil, and a delicious dill flavor for the perfect addition to any sandwich.

“We see our fans profess their love for Jimmy Pickles daily and love to celebrate that excitement with something extra special each year when National Pickle Day comes around,” said Jimmy John’s Director of Culinary Innovation, Dustin Hilinski. “This year, we wanted to take it up a notch and give guests something they’ve been asking for, a dill-flavored chip, which led us to develop the new Pickle Jimmy Chips – a combination of two of our fan-favorite items – JJ’s pickles and Jimmy Chips – into one satisfyingly salty bite for National Pickle Day.”

Of course, Jimmy John’s wouldn’t be what it is without offering some new merch to coincide with its latest potato chip launch. You can grab a limited-edition Jimmy John’s Pickle Sweatshirt ($50), Pickle Socks ($15), or a Pickle Ball Paddle Set ($60) online this month, too.
