Jessie J Flashes Her Super Strong Abs In A New No-Makeup Instagram Story Selfie

The glow is real in Jessie J's latest Instagram Story. The singer, 33, looks radiant and super toned in a brand new, no-makeup selfie. In the pic, Jessie rocks a matching brown crop top and sheer shirt, and her 'fit puts her washboard abs on full display.

And, her skin looks beyond dewy, even after a busy day of errands, which Jessie showed off in a few other snaps. It's giving off-duty model vibes, and Jessie's core looks so strong. The proof is in the selfie:

So, just how does Jessie sculpt her core? Her sweat sessions in the gym know no bounds. In an older Instagram Story, she showed off her skills while crushing a laundry list of tough moves.

Leg lifts with an exercise band, using the stair climber, doing a quad workout with another exercise band, doing pull-ups with TRX bands, working through sit-ups—the list goes on! She even killed it on the rowing machine, while singing 'I hate…the rower' (hey, some days are just like that).

The I Want Love artist has always been serious about her fitness routine. 'When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good. It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning,' she told HuffPost back in 2017.

And, as she told WH, she loves how exercise makes her feel. '[Exercising] really makes me feel positive,' she said. 'It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, "Oh, I don’t want to do it," and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.'

Plus, that glowy skin? Jessie sticks to a few tried and true skincare steps, like drinking plenty of water and not overdoing it on alcohol, according to E! News. She also washes her makeup brushes every other day, at least. 'I think brushes hold dirty makeup and germs, and if they're left out, they get germs on them so I always leave them covered. I'm a bit of a germaphobe,' she said.

Her skincare shelf is filled with cult classics, like Kate Somerville exfoliators and moisturizers and Dior Hydra Life Jelly Mask. "''ve used that for probably about five or six years now and I do that twice a day. It's a hydration mask, but I don't take it off, because I'm hardcore,' Jessie added.

She also swears by Oilatum, a thick moisturizer for dry skin. 'It was kind of like when I was first starting out and I had no money; it was kind of my facial on tour. I've just always stuck with it; it's a product that I've always used,' she said. Jessie packs the cream on like a mask and lets it sit for a few hours so her skin can soak it all in. "That's kind of what helps my skin stay even and dewy," she explained.

As for Jessie's diet, she's been vegan since 2018 and cut out sugar years before that. 'Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep.' she told Plant Based News in 2019.

Overall, Jessie says she tackles her skincare from the inside out. 'My biggest beauty advice is to remember that beauty starts from within. I know that sounds really cliché but you are what you eat. Whatever you put into your body is what's going to come out: your skin, your face, your energy, everything,' she told E! News. Clearly, it's working for her!
