Things are heating up for Jessica Biel in Italy...and I’m not just talking about all the PDA between her and her hubby!
Jessica and Justin Timberlake were pictured together on the beach during a holiday to Italy, and while I do love seeing these two crazy kids out and about together...can I get a moment for her booty?
Her strong 🍑 behind was on full display in a leopard print bikini that I am going to need to add to my collection. She pairs it with a plain black cap that just screams effortlessly cool.
For his part, Justin is wearing a green bucket hat and shorts that scream 'dad on holiday!' in the best way possible.
The pair is twirling their way through Sardinia. No really, just look at them dancing on this yacht, per The Daily Mail! Justin is certainly Rocking His Body....and showing a serious commitment to this bucket hat. Jess looks stunning as usual in a colourful tie-dye maxi dress.
It’s nice to see this pair (who have been married for 10 years BTW) having fun.
And it’s even nicer to see Jess, 40, living it up and absolutely glowing! We can definitely thank the Italian sun for that (at least in part) but what else does Jessica do to keep so strong?
Well, she’s been a dedicated yogi for years. She makes time for at least 20 to 30 minutes of yoga per day and has been practicing for more than 10 years.
'It's become so much more than an exercise—more of a stress reliever and a life calmer,' she told Women’s Health US. 'It just helps me with everything that I have to do in my life.' Feel that, Jessica!
In addition to hitting all her poses—both on the red carpet and on her mat—Jessica incorporates other types of fitness into her routine. She does plyometrics, which torches calories and helps with overall athletic conditioning, and goes on hikes around LA with her husband.
Sometimes, Jessica makes him help her with her strength poses, too. You love to see it!
Justin jokingly called the two 'swolemates' at the end of 2021 next during a video of himself and Jessica doing a pretty wild ab workout!
Of course, Jessica eats a lot of nutritious foods as well.
'We’ll start off with Paleo pancakes with some cashew or almond butter on top with some local honey, and we like chicken-apple sausage, and then maybe a fresh juice from the Juicero machine, which we love, we have some green tea with honey—that’s a pretty normal morning for me,' she told The Los Angeles Times.
She also loves to eat produce from her garden.
'If I’m home for lunch, I run out to the garden and grab some leaves and throw together a quick salad, maybe throw some quinoa in there or something, or I like these veggie burgers that you can get from Whole Foods or Erewhon and you can grill it up and throw it on top with some nuts,' she told the Times.
Dinner is usually salmon or chicken, rice, or grilled veggies, she shared. But, overall, she tends to steer clear of gluten and dairy.
'Honestly I just feel better when I don’t have gluten or wheat or dairy,' she said. 'My digestion is better, I feel better, I have more energy.'
And for her 'cheat' days, she loves pizza and cookies.
