Jeremy Renner has shared a hospital bed update with his fans, showing he is in good spirits despite his horror accident with a snow plough on Sunday.
The Hawkeye star lost a serious amount of blood, suffered blunt force chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries, and underwent surgery after he was accidentally run over by a snow plough which he had been using to clear a heavy snow fall at his family home.

His Lake Tahoe house had been blocked in by the heavy winter weather and Renner, 51, ended up being air lifted to hospital after attempting to clear an exit for his family.
But despite his serious injuries, which his reps said had left him in a critical but stable condition, Renner put a brave face on his recovery, telling fans it had been a "not so great" day but was vastly improved by a visit from his sister and mother.
He tweeted a video from his hospital bed on Thursday, where he can be seen wearing a hospital gown, surgical cap and oxygen mask while his sister massages his head.

Renner wrote: "A “not no great” ICU DAY, turned to amazing spa day with my sis and mama. Thank you sooooo much."
A statement from the Marvel star's reps earlier this week read: "We can confirm that Jeremy has suffered blunt chest trauma and orthopaedic injuries and has undergone surgery today, January 2nd 2023.
"He has returned from surgery and remains in the intensive care unit in critical but stable condition.
"Jeremy’s family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible doctors and nurses looking after him, Truckee Meadows Fire and Rescue, Washoe County Sheriff, Reno City Mayor Hillary Schieve and the Carano and Murdock families.
"They are also tremendously overwhelmed and appreciative of the outpouring of love and support from his fans."
The Lake Tahoe area was hit by a heavy snow storm on New Year's Eve, leaving a reported 35,000 homes without power.
