If there is one thing you can count on Jennifer Lopez to provide, it’s rocking the heck out of a red carpet look. And with her latest sheer number, she gave everyone a little inspo on both the fashion and fitness fronts.

This week, J.Lo hit the premiere of her latest movie, Shotgun Wedding, and treated all of her Instagram followers to a live video of herself walking the carpet. She was wearing a totally sheer "naked" dress with a neon yellow bow underneath. Jennifer's outfit showed off how super strong all over she is these days, and she just radiated confidence as she posed with co-star Josh Duhamel.

'@shotgunweddingmovie World Premiere 🤍@primevideo,' she captioned the photos. Predictably, people loved the look and hyped Jennifer up in the comments. 'This dress!!! 🔥🔥,' commented Real Housewives of New Jersey star Melissa Gorga. 'You are so beautiful. ❤️🔥,' wrote another follower.

And here's another look from the back:

If you’re wondering how "Jenny from the Block" gets so strong, I’ve got you covered. First thing to know: Jennifer told Us Weekly that she 'very rarely skips a workout,' and it shows. The star likes to wipe her feed clean during promo, but luckily she saves some videos to her highlights, like this one of Jennifer working her shoulders on a resistance machine.

And, of course, JLo is an excellent dancer. And you can catch her working up a sweat as she shows off her moves on stage.

She’s up on all of the latest dance challenges, of course.

J.Lo has also put in lots of hours with dancer and choreographer in aerial acrobatics, Johanna Sapakie, who worked with the singer and actress for her role in Hustlers and continued to train with Jennifer through her 2020 Super Bowl Halftime Show performance. Sapakie said their pole dancing workouts were no joke, and require total-body strength.

'Everything is working in unison to create the movement,' Sapakie told Women’s Health. 'If your body works as a total package, you’re much more likely to be successful than if you rely on just one muscle group.'

When it comes to fuelling up for those intense training sessions, Jennifer makes sure to feed her body all the good stuff. 'I don't deprive myself. But I've learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle,' she told People.

Plus, her chef, Kelvin Fernandez told Us Weekly, that 'there's always greens, like spinach, cucumber, and celery to make green juice' in the celeb's fridge.

Dang. Be right back... I’m booking a pole dancing class ASAP.
