Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck make Met Gala red carpet debut
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck made their Met Gala red carpet debut last night and looked every inch the happy couple.
The former couple, who originally dated back in 2002 and recently reunited, joined celebrities like Zoë Kravitz, Rihanna and Emily Blunt at the fashionable event, donning outfits in keeping for this year's theme of 'In America: A Lexicon of Fashion.'
52-year-old Lopez opted for a Ralph Lauren brown fringe plunging front dress with faux fur jacket and cowboy hat, while 49-year-old Affleck dressed up in a classic suit and bow tie combo for the occasion.
Whilst the pair did sneakily avoid the paparazzi-filled red carpet, they were seen reuniting for photos inside the event later on, posing happily and even performing a mask-on kiss for the cameras.
Despite this being their first A-list filled red carpet event since confirming their romance was back on in July — when J Lo posted a series of racy bikini snaps to celebrate her 52nd birthday, culminating in a picture of the two kissing — this isn't the pair's first red carpet appearance as a duo.
Last Friday (September 10th) the On The Floor singer and Gone Girl star looked every inch the happy couple as they made their official romantic debut on the red carpet of Affleck's latest film The Last Duel at The Venice Film Festival.
The pair arrived by boat to the festival the day before putting on an excitedly loved-up display on the red carpet on September 10th.
The couple kissed and laughed their way through the evening, where Affleck opted for a Dolce & Gabbana tux and J Lo looked flawless in a couture Georges Hobeika white gown with jewel-encrusted plunging neckline and Cartier jewellery.
