Actress Jane Seymour was in good spirits when she arrived at the Vanity Fair Oscar party in Los Angeles, California on Sunday evening.

The talented actress, who shot to fame in the Seventies as Solitaire in the 1973 Bond film Live and Let Die, looked stunning in her sparkly green gown as she walked the red carpet at the star-studded event.

Seymour, 71, cut a honed figure in a floor-length green sequined gown with a plunging neckline at the 94th Academy Awards after party. The star’s sweeping sequined number featured a daring deep V-neck and slim straps which showcased her toned arms.

The gown’s slinky sequin figure-hugging fabric also showcased the former Bond girl’s honed figure.

The actress kept her makeup simple save for a sweep of black eyeliner, and had her flowing brunette locks in a sleek half-up-half-down do, allowing for the lengths to cover her shoulders. She stuck to silver jewellery with teardrop shaped earrings and a diamond bracelet and ring.

But 71-year-old Seymour isn’t the only star of a later generation proving that style isn’t just for the youngsters on the red carpet.

68-year-old Schitt’s Creek star Catharine O’Hara stunned in a sparkling floor length Monique Lhuillier gown at the Vanity Fair-hosted event. She left her hair out in its signature blow-dry and opted for a pop of red on her lips.

Elsewhere, 73-year-old Judith Light opted for a white figure-hugging Brandon Maxwell gown straight off the autumn/winter 2022 catwalks. The Ugly Betty actress looked stunning as she swept her hair back into a low bun to show her diamond earrings, proving age really is just a number when it comes to style rules on the red carpet.
