ITV This Morning viewers complain minutes into episode as they fume 'I've had enough'

ITV This Morning viewers complained minutes into Monday's (March 3) episode as they fumed "I've had enough".

At the top of today's show, hosts Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard spoke to Bank of Dave star Dave Fishwick, who was reporting live from the Oscars red carpet in Los Angeles following last night's ceremony.

"It's the biggest event in the showbiz calendar, we've been gripped by all the footage so far. Last night, Hollywood's best known stars graced the red carpet ahead of the 97th Academy Awards," Ben began.

"After a wild night soaking up the glitz, glamour, and, of course, those exclusive A-list after parties, Bank of Dave is joining us live from Los Angeles," Cat added, before handing over to an excitable Dave.

"It's 2am in the morning, or should I say the middle of the night here, and what a week it's been. I can't tell you how wonderful it's been. I'm losing my voice, as you can tell, I've got the last few drains of energy about to leave my body because of the week we've had," Dave explained.

A clip was then shown of Dave's time in Hollywood with his wife, Nicola. The pair started their trip by heading to the iconic Rodeo Drive for a shopping spree, before indulging in a relaxing facial.

Dave and Nicola then suited up for several exclusive parties, including Elton John's annual Oscars afterparty - which raises money for the AIDS Foundation.

After watching Dave's star-studded week in Hollywood and the Oscars segment, many This Morning viewers quickly took to X (formerly Twitter) to share their frustrations.

"The show has just started and it's already boring," one person wrote, while another added: "I'm not even watching and I've had enough."

"Dear lord they definitely got no content it's going from bad to worse," a third viewer said, with another commenting: "I'm so bored about hearing about the Oscars."

A fourth fan echoed the sentiment: "This whole segment has more about Dave and his wife than the Oscars and the showbiz elite."

Low-budget comedy Anora scooped the most honours at this year's Oscars. The film took home five awards, including Best Picture, Best Editing, Best Director, Best Original Screenplay and Best Actress for Mikey Madison.

Conclave, The Brutalist, Wicked and Emilia Perez also took home prizes.

This Morning airs weekdays on ITV at 10am
