International Women’s Day (IWD) falls on 8 March 2020 and will see all sorts of initiatives take place around the world to support the fight for women’s rights.

We know that fighting for equality and supporting those less fortunate than us shouldn’t be limited to once a year, but it’s a good place to start and a useful reminder to everyone that the fight is not yet won.

However, it can feel rather intimidating to know just how to support such a big cause, especially when we might be strapped for time.
