Inside Man City footballer Erling Haaland's life with glam girlfriend
Manchester City's star player Erling Haaland is set to take to the pitch on Saturday, 25 May for the FA Cup FInal, alongside his Manchester City teammates.
The 23 year old Norwegian is considered one of the best football players in the world, and he plays striker for the same team as Jack Grealish, who plays as a winger or attacking midfielder. Off the field, Erling is loved-up with his longterm girlfriend, Isabel Haugseng, 20, who he's known since he was a child.
The brunette beauty has been spotted with Erling on numerous occasions over the past year, from World Cup celebrations to romantic New Year's Eve dinners.
Despite their efforts to keep their love life private, Erling was seen earlier this year in London's West End with the gorgeous Isabel by his side. While many fans assumed that the couple prefers to keep their relationship low-key, it turns out that their hectic schedules are the main reason why they are rarely seen together in public, reports OK!.
Just like Erling, Isabel is also a footballer, with her constant match schedule taking her to games all around Europe. In fact, it’s through their love of football that the pair first met and fell for each other.
Increasingly, Isabel has been seen supporting her man, who is said to be worth £51million, at many of his Manchester City matches.
Erling first joined his local team Bryne at the tender age of five, and went on to spend over a decade with the Norwegian side before being snapped up by rivals Molde. Born in Leeds, he even went on to sign for teams such as RB Salzburg and Borussia Dortmund before finding success with current team Man City.
However, it was while Erling was first signed to Bryne that he met and struck up a firm friendship with Isabel - who has her own football interests and also works part time at a fashion store. Friends from an early age, things soon blossomed into romance, with the couple believed to have started dating while Erling was at Dortmund.
A source told The Sun: “[Their relationship] seems to be pretty serious. Isabel has travelled to Germany and England to see Erling and now she’s been with him [on holiday]. Isabel is well known for her beauty in Bryne. They’ve always known each other.”
As well as being spotted in London's West End, the couple were also seen enjoying a warm getaway during the World Cup tournament last year. Soaking up the sun in Marbella at Erling's private villa, the loved up couple were able to make the most of their time away - even despite Norway failing to qualify for Qatar.
A short time later, the couple were also spotted dining out together at Manchester restaurant The Ivy's as they partied the night away on New Year's Eve 2022.
The lovebirds also celebrated Erling's £20million sponsorship deal with sports giant Nike in March last year. Puma and adidas had originally been keen to secure an endorsement from the Norwegian ace and long-term Real Madrid target, but Erling opted for the deal with America-based Nike instead.
He joined a star-studded lineup of brand ambassadors, including his team-mates Kevin De Bruyne and Phil Foden, as well as football heavyweights Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Lewandowski and Harry Kane.
