Nobody loves Christmas more than TOWIE OG, Gemma Collins - as we discover, when we catch up with her to find out all about her Christmas plans. The star, who is collaborating with Baileys, recently stunned fans during a group singalong under the tree, leading the Baileys Sip and Sing launch in London, where she showed off her vocal chops alongside the Gold Vocal Collective choir.

The larger-than-life star, who is engaged to Rami Hawash and is also proud step-mum to his son, Tristan, teamed up with Darren Day in 2020 for the Christmas single, Baby It's Cold Outside and told fans at the event that she can 'definitely feel the buzz for more singing in 2025'. Christmas is my favourite time of year, and the countdown is well and truly on. I’ve got the fairy lights twinkling, the festive playlist on repeat, and I’m ready to make this season as fabulous as ever!

What are your plans this year, will you be celebrating with Rami and Tristan?

Absolutely, babes! Christmas is all about being with the people you love. Rami and Tristan will be front and centre, and I can’t wait for us to all cozy up together, enjoy a festive feast, and make new memories.

What about Jedward, will you see them?

You never know, hun! Jedward are always welcome to pop by for a bit of festive fun. We’ve become great friends, and Christmas is the perfect excuse to have a good sing-song and a laugh.

What’s your routine for Xmas Eve and Xmas Day?

It’s all about building that warm, magical feeling. On Christmas Eve, we’ll wrap presents, watch a classic Christmas movie, and sip on a Baileys choctail - heavenly, darling! Come Christmas Day, it’s all about a big family breakfast, exchanging gifts, and then diving into a gorgeous roast dinner later on.

Do you enjoy hosting — and are you the cook?

Let’s just say, I do my best! I’m not exactly a Michelin-star chef, but I love making people feel welcome. Everyone pitches in, and we turn the kitchen into a hub of laughter and good vibes. As long as we’re together, that’s what matters.

Is Christmas all about family-time? What’s your favourite thing about it?

Completely! The best part of Christmas is having everyone under one roof, sharing stories and giggles. There’s something about the festive season that makes everyone softer, kinder, and more open-hearted. That’s my favourite thing - it’s like the world takes a moment to be lovely. And of course a little Baileys , hun, it's a total Christmas classic. It just has that “treat yourself” feeling that fits Christmas perfectly.

You’ve taken part in a singalong for the campaign - were you excited to showcase your singing skills?

Absolutely! It was the perfect excuse to unleash my inner diva. I was buzzing with excitement knowing everyone would be singing their hearts out right along with me. It’s all about letting loose, having fun, and raising a festive toast together. This campaign was all about spreading that Christmas cheer. The chance to combine sparkle, song, and something delicious? Count me in!

What’s your top Christmas song of all time?

I’m a sucker for All I Want for Christmas Is You. Classic, fun, and guaranteed to get everyone singing along. Plus, I do love channeling my inner diva once in a while!

Any gifts you’re hoping for under the tree this year?

I’m all about experiences and thoughtful surprises and you know I wouldn’t mind a fresh bottle of Baileys to see me into the New Year. Most importantly, though, it’s just about being surrounded by love. I just hope everyone embraces this season with warmth and love. Enjoy every moment, cherish your loved ones, and remember - it’s never too late to add a bit of sparkle to your life.

Any other plans for 2025?

I’ve got a few projects simmering away. Something that lets me sprinkle a bit of that GC magic around. Stay tuned, huns - there’s always something on the horizon! I love the idea of starting fresh. I tend to focus on broad goals - more happiness, more laughter, and maybe finally learning to make the perfect roast potato! Resolutions should be about doing what makes you shine brighter, inside and out.
