Inside Euro 2024 host Laura Woods' love life – devastating split to Adam Collard romance
Now that Euro 2024 is finally here, the England squad will be aiming to bring football home. Having narrowly missed out on lifting the trophy after making it all the way to the final in 2020, the team will be hoping to go one step further this year - and they'll be being cheered on from people up and down the country.
Among those cheering on the squad is sports presenter Laura Woods who will be taking to presenting duties on ITV for its coverage of the Euros. The 36 year old, who recently revealed she's been recovering from surgery, will be joining the likes of Gary Neville and Ian Wright in Germany for the coverage.
Back home, we're sure that Laura's boyfriend Adam Collard will be showing his support. The pair first sparked romance rumours back in September after being spotted together on a low-key pub date where they reportedly enjoyed drinks and conversation, reports the Mirror.
According to The Sun, an insider revealed: "Laura and Adam were definitely on a date and seemed to be very close. They sat in the Black Bull for a few hours and were talking over drinks. Adam seemed very keen on Laura and they looked like any other cosy couple enjoying a few drinks on a night out."
Since then the pair have gone Instagram official with their romance and in October, Love Island star Adam posted a loved-up snap which showed Laura kissing him on the cheek. That same month, the TV personality opened up about their relationship and said that it was the "dream".
He told the Mirror: "“It's going great, you know. She's amazing and we are having a lot of fun. It feels like I'm living the dream." The star later revealed how he'd initially slid into Laura's DMs after she'd posted a meme on her Instagram Story.
More recently, Laura declared her love for her beau when she posted a series of snaps to Instagram, one of which included Adam, alongside the caption "Things I love x".
Nine months after first being linked, the pair's romance appears to be going from strength to strength and the duo recently jetted off to Mexico where they soaked up the sun on Tulum Beach, along the Caribbean coast.
Before her romance with Adam, in July 2023, Laura confessed that her love life was challenging due to her busy schedule. She was in a long-term relationship with rugby star Alex Corbisiero for eight years before they parted ways when she was 30. Since then, she hadn't publicly announced any other romances, with Adam being the first since Alex.
