Inside Emmerdale star's incredible Indian holiday with co-star husband as she stuns in bikini
While many are shivering away in December's cold temperatures, Emmerdale star Fiona Wade has been keeping her fans up to date with her sun-soaked Indian getaway. The soap star, who left her role as Priya on Emmerdale for the final time in early 2023, is currently on holiday with her co-star husband Simon Cotton.
The actress, 45, has been documenting her trip with her 100,000 Instagram followers and eagle-eyed fans are obsessed with her sensational bikini body. Sharing a selection of enviable snaps from her luxurious holiday to North and South Goa, Fiona shared a heartfelt caption. She wrote: "North & South Goa.. Utterly beautiful. Incredible memories. We met so many beautiful people inside and out. I fell in love with India & the impression it’s left on me will stay with me always. Feeling recharged and so blessed."
In one photo, Fiona relaxed in a white bandeau bikini under a palm tree umbrella on a panoramic beach surrounded by golden sands while another showed her posing for a gorgeous sunset selfie with her fellow actor husband Simon Cotton.

She also captured a glimpse at her incredible bikini bod in a mirror selfie and then posed in front of an incredible beach sunset wearing a white bikini and matching sarong.
One video clip in the carousel showed Simon walking through a tropical setting surrounded by exotic greenery as they made their wake to the beach, with the sounds of animals clearly heard in the background.
The last photo was another stunning sunset photo that showed the couple enjoying a romantic cuddle on the beach as they watched the sun set beyond the waves.
In another post, Fiona told fans that the couple had also enjoyed a "total body, mind and soul reset at the stunning Netravali retreat in South Goa." She called it "such a special place" as she shared more photos of her incredible views as well as a clip of herself wearing a bed sheet as she looked out over the jungle.
Actress Fiona first met fellow actor Simon during his brief stint on Emmerdale, the soap which Fiona is best known for. Simon was playing a small role as Home Farm client Hugh Bryant.
As a result of Fiona’s Bahá’í religion the couple had to wait until they were married before playing house, with Fiona telling OK! at the time: "Simon is on tour until February so we’re still deciding where we’re going to live and then we’ll buy somewhere."
Fiona then shared the intimate details of her perfect proposal at the beginning of 2019 and announced her engagement in a romantic Instagram post, with the Priya Sharma actress' exciting news coming just six months after the couple confirmed their relationship.
The couple married in a stunning Bahá’í Faith ceremony at the Georgian-style Euridge Manor and Orangery in the Cotswolds in late 2019, and have since settled into their albeit very busy married life perfectly.

The adorable couple share the occasional glimpse into their relationship on social media. During lockdown, we also got a glimpse into their home life, as Fiona shared a snap of herself and Simon sat their garden table while celebrating his birthday.
In the shots, we caught a glimpse at the pair’s garden, featuring plants galore and a large wooden table scattered with cards and gifts for the birthday boy. In the three images, Simon and Fiona look as loved up as ever, sharing kisses and smiling candidly at one another.
