Tall ceilings allow the home to be flooded with natural light, as seen in the combination living and dining room. A gourmet kitchen stands nearby with dual islands and a butler’s pantry, plus a dumbwaiter for transporting meals across levels. Farther in, a sophisticated den lies behind tall wooden doors and features unique wall coverings, a mottled checkerboard pattern in earthy green hues.
