"I'm a superfit 43-year-old - pressure to be a perfect mum led to a suicide attempt"

Rajni Singh, 43, overcame postpartum depression and a suicide attempt to become a competitive bodybuilder, transforming her life through fitness. Struggling with the pressure of being a "perfect mum," she reached a breaking point in 2019 but found strength in a 12-week body transformation program. Now a gym-goer five days a week, Rajni has competed in Ms Great Britain and practices calisthenics. She credits fitness with improving her mental health, relationships, and self-worth, inspiring others to embrace self-love and resilience.
