I'm a Celeb's foul first trial announced - after ITV bosses scrapped Walk The Plank
After a year of waiting, a whole new host of stars are set to take on the epic challenge that is I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!. With campmates including Coleen Rooney and GK Barry getting ready to enter the jungle, filming for the highly anticipated ITV show has already begun ahead of its launch on Sunday, 17 November.
And with the show kicking off in just a matter of days, a selection of this year’s contestants have already met each other for the first time. But, as is the case with I’m A Celeb, their first meeting wasn’t plain sailing and it came with its very own challenge.
In a series of photos released ahead of the show, campmates Jane Moore, Danny Jones, Oti Mabuse, Tulisa Contostavlos and Dean McCullough could all be seen meeting each other before entering camp. Instead of facing their fears of height, the contestants had to take on a drinking challenge. Ahead of entering the jungle, the celebs tucked into a cup filled up with a drink made up of blended bull's penis, fish eyes and a garnish of vomit fruit.

News of the first foul challenge this year comes after Loose Women panellist Jane’s big entrance didn’t go all to plan after her parachute was blown off course, causing her to land amongst a group of tourists.
This year, the iconic Walk The Plank challenge that viewers at home will be familiar with has reportedly been dropped in favour of a race to camp. As a result, instead of having to walk out on a beam high in the sky, the TV personality had to complete a parachute jump onto a beach in Byron Bay.
As part of the new format, the celebs were split up into two teams. To complete the race, Jane was put in a team with Tulisa, Radio 1 star Dean, Dancing On Ice ’s Oti as well as Danny from McFly.
They all raced in helicopters to Byron Bay for the parachute jump, but although Jane executed the jump well, she was blown off course and ended up landing near a group of sun seekers on the beach. No beachgoers were injured, and Jane reassured those watching that she was fine too as she gave everyone a thumbs-up.
As well as the group of five, other contestants on this year’s series include Coronation Street’s Alan Halsall, presenter Melvin Odoom and former boxing champion Barry McGuigan. It’s also reported that two late entrants could be set to enter the jungle.
I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! starts this Sunday 17th November, on ITV1, STV and ITVX
