I'm A Celeb's Ant McPartlin roars at campmates in Cylone challenge first look

The semi-finalists of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! 2024, namely Danny Jones, Coleen Rooney, Reverend Richard Coles and Oti Mabuse, are set to embrace their inner superheroes as they tackle the legendary Cyclone challenge tonight - marking a first in the show's history. While the semi finalists always take part in the iconic trial, this time around, our final four have an even bigger hurdle to overcome - the cyclone will feature fire for the very first time.

In a sneak peek at tonight's thrilling episode, hosts Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly are seen prepping the remaining campmates for what could be their toughest trial yet. The foursome are shown standing on a revolving platform, with torrents of water - and flames - being launched into the air. As the campmates shriek and exclaim "Oh my God", it's clear that Ant and Dec are relishing the spectacle, with Ant proclaiming: "This is like my Christmas. I love it."

After Dec commends Danny, Richard, Oti, and Coleen for their "good work", a massive blast of fire and flames engulfs the cyclone, prompting a terrified scream from Coleen.

The epic Cyclone challenge comes after Coronation Street star Alan Halsall and social media sensation GK Barry, also known as Grace, were dumped from the show in the second double-exit of the series.

Former Strictly Come Dancing star Oti Mabuse was already guaranteed a place and immunity from tonight’s vote-off when she won the Ticket to Cyclone earlier this week, while the remaining three stars, Coleen, Richard and Danny discovered they'd be in the final last night.

However, the latest exit has sparked a huge reaction among ITV viewers, with many flocking to X, formerly known as Twitter, to express their feelings. One said: "I want all 4 of the remaining celebs to win, it's gonna be so tough to call! #imaceleb."

Another added, "I love Oti, but I don't like this immunity lasting this long. #ImACeleb." A third shared, " I was hoping Grace would make the final, but she's done so well!! #ImACeleb."

Another said, "I am gutted for GK and Alan." A fifth raged, "I needed to see Grace do the Cyclone. v upset #imaceleb." One fan also added, "Gutted GK didn’t get to the final, or even Cyclone. It would’ve been incredible TV, and she deserved to be there—but she smashed it this series."

The two eliminations come just 24 hours after Love Island legend Maura Higgins and ex-boxer Barry McGuigan were booted off the show together.

Their fellow campmates were caught off guard by their sudden exit, with Coleen openly stating how much Maura and Barry would be missed around the fireside. Coleen reflected: "I'm gutted. Two big personalities, they will be truly missed."
