One I'm A Celeb contestant has shared their feelings towards McFly singer Danny Jones after he was crowned King of the Jungle last weekend.

Sharing his affection for Danny, Dean McCullough explained his affection for the singer, as he said: "Danny is very handsome, but when you spend 24/7 with somebody, he's more like a brother."

"But as soon as he lifts that guitar and starts singing, I go weak at the knees. He's a very, very talented man."

Danny claimed the top prize over the weekend, but Dean's stay in the Jungle was less successful, as he became the second celebrity to be voted off by viewers, at the start of the month (December 1).

Despite seemingly staying on friendly terms with most in the camp, there was one moment that saw the radio host clash with Coronation Street star, Alan Halsall. It was as Alan approached the broadcaster to wake him up that the pair disagreed.

After Alan had woken him up in order to help Jane Moore with camp chores, Dean claimed the Corrie star was trying to make him look bad for not helping out.

And, after his time on the show came to an end last Friday (December 6) the Corrie star told Sam Thompson on the show's spin-off, Unpacked, that he thought Dean was a 'performer': "Dean! He's got a story written all over his face. It's ridiculous!"

Despite clashing with Alan, Dean revealed those on the show that he has struck-up friendships with: "I was friends with Oti Mabuse and Melvin Odoom before, so those friendships will continue.

"GK Barry and Maura Higgins, for sure, and definitely Coleen Rooney, who lives 20 minutes away."

And, in a surprising move, he also suggested that he plans to see Alan once arriving back in Manchester: "And Alan Halsall and Tulisa Contostavlos because we're all Manchester based. Tulisa has invited us round for dinner."
