For the past 40 weeks you’ve been building up to this moment. You’ve decided on your birth plan, packed your hospital bag and you’re sure your first contraction is just around the corner.

There’s something to be said for being patient and your baby will come when he or she is ready. But if you’re fast approaching an induction date you might want to give your baby a gentle nudge by using some natural methods of bringing on labour.
