Hollyoaks' Cindy Cunningh am to be caught out over robbery plan

Hollyoaks spoilers follow.

Hollyoaks' Cindy Cunningham is set to be caught out over her robbery plan.

Following Norma Crow and Warren Fox's car crash, the Grand Bazaar has been destroyed and there's no money to repair it.

However, Cindy, Zara and Grace are desperate to restore the village market to its former glory and plan to rob the local bank in order to fund their plan.

Although Zara and Grace soon back out of Cindy's master plan after a series of mishaps spark some concern, a determined Cindy is prepared to follow through with the heist by herself.

But it's not long before the panic sets in as Cindy's notebook is stumbled upon, which is bad news for her as it contains all the juicy details of the radical bank robbery plan.

In scenes airing next week, Yazz and Jack’s podcast is back in action and they’re ready to make a mark with the next episode.

The duo will keep things juicy by discussing the incriminating papers found in the village about a planned bank robbery — but they have no idea that the papers are actually from Cindy's notepad.

Will Cindy be able to retrieve it before they suss her out?

Recently speaking about her character's storyline, Cindy actress Stephanie Waring said that she doesn't actually believe Cindy will become the soap's next serious criminal.

"I don't think she's got it in her. Cindy can be ruthless and likes to think she's hard, but she's not evil," she told Inside Soap. "There is a line she won't cross and she doesn't have a mean heart. I don't want her to go the full gangster, as I'd hate to lose that fun aspect of the character."

Hollyoaks streams first online via Channel 4, with new episodes dropping each weekday morning. The show airs Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, and at 7pm on E4.

Selected omnibus episodes are available via Prime Video.
