Holly Willoughby shares the positives of being 'forced to stop' by illness
After being forced to take several days off sick from co-hosting This Morning this week, Holly Willoughby has revealed the positives of being "forced to stop" by illness.
The presenter, 40, shared how having to rest allowed her "space" to "reflect" on a busy few weeks – which has seen her launch lifestyle brand Wylde Moon and release book Reflections.
In a post on Instagram, she wrote: "Happy full moon... the build up to this one was extremely exciting but hard.
"Body and mind eventually being forced to stop by illness giving space for me to reflect on what has been a huge month."
The caption accompanied a video reel showing some highlights from her month, including showing her pose for photoshoots and recording in a studio.
Willoughby, a mother-of-three, also revealed that her family had welcomed a new member in the form of dog Bailey.
Her post has been 'liked' more than 9,000 times, with many wishing her a speedy recovery.
Earlier this week, fellow This Morning presenter Phillip Schofield revealed on the programme that she was suffering from a tummy bug.
In a post on Instagram, Willoughby shared that she was still feeling "under the weather", but hoped to be back on set for Monday.
However, despite being out of action, she has still proven to be a stylish trend-setter from her sick bed.
In a recent post on Instagram, the star donned what fans are suggesting is the animal print dress of the season.
The Animal Print V-Neck Midi Tea Dress – costing £69 – is from Marks & Spencer's hotly-anticipated new collection with Ghost.
Having launched the range earlier this week, the presenter said the latest drop was "better than ever, with dresses that are perfect for the festive party season!"
