If we told you that Heidi Klum's favourite pair of jeans cost £20 - what would you say? You'd say we were chatting sh*t and tbh we would be. But our latest discovery has left us more than a little bit confused, mainly because it's the beauty equivalent of the £20 jeans example - and it's completely legit. Yep, Heidi Klum has revealed that her go-to moisturiser is none other than Mario Badescu's Buttermilk, which costs a delightfully bank friendly £15.50.

No, we aren't joking, yes, this is the craziest thing we've heard since the Area 51 storm. And it gets better. Not only does she love the stuff, she's admitted that she has been using it for YEARS. Nothing like longevity to really prove a product is a good one. Klum let the skincare secret slip in an interview with TODAY, where she touched on the things she does to stay looking and feeling her very best.

"I eat very healthy and I run on the treadmill a little bit. There is no secret shake or secret pill. I wish there was. I just love eating good and healthy food. I don’t go to dinner a lot," she said.

"We cook every day. I have four children. It’s about cooking fresh food every day and not caring it too much. Eating home-cooked at meals at a specific time. I eat at six and that’s kind of it."

Speaking about the miracle moisturiser, she said: "I use it on my face. It’s very light. "When I use very rich creams, I break out in pimples. I’ve been using it for years. It doesn’t clog my pores."

Let's divulge all the wondrous things inside said youth elixir. As Heidi mentioned, the cream has a very lightweight texture, making it perfect for the summer months and for those who struggle with breakouts.

Lactic acid is the hero ingredient that helps to resurface and renew, gently dissolving dead skin cells and leaving a brighter, softer, more even toned complexion in its wake. Throw in calming chamomile and allantoin and you've got yourself a heavenly blend of skin nourishers, all working together in one bottle.

Tbh, we were sold at "use it on my face" - but it's good to know that there's some proof in the pudding as to why it works such wonders for Heidi. If we've learnt anything, it's that when a supermodel lets the world know what they're using on their face and said product is obscenely affordable, it gets bought in the MASSES.

In other words, we suggest you do like us, put three in your cart and enter those card details as if your life depended on it. Dramatic? Maybe, but we'll be having the last laugh when we've got Heidi's skin. Mwuaha.
