Heidi Klum, 49, has legs for days while eating cake from her crotch in lingerie

Heidi Klum has always done Instagram her own way. She doesn’t allow comments and she posts whatever the heck she wants. Naturally, people are all for it (because, Heidi Klum) and she just hit a major milestone: 10 million followers.

The 49-year-old celebrated the big milestone in the most Heidi Klum way possible: By eating cake in lingerie while lounging around in bed. In the video, Heidi poses in a red strappy bra and matching red robe while holding a cake that reads, '10 million' and 'thank you' in her lap. Her super strong legs are stretched out in front of her and she just looks like she’s having fun as she uses a fork to take bites of the cake.

'10 Million Thank you !!!!!!!' she wrote in the caption. 'This cake is for you, but I will eat it ❤️🥰🎉🥳⭐️.'

I think I speak for everyone when I say you're looking so confident and happy, Heidi!

Heidi hasn’t shared too much about her workouts lately but she has dropped a few little snippets here and there. For starters, she’s been dancing a lot. Like, check out this video of her busting a move while rehearsing for her super-energetic song with Snoop Dogg, "Chai Tea with Heidi."

Heidi’s also been doing Pilates. She previously shared with Us Weekly that she loves to use a Pilates ring she saw on QVC. 'I have this round circle, I actually saw it on QVC,' she said. 'It’s like this round thing that you can squeeze between your legs and then you can squeeze your thighs together.'

Heidi continued, 'You can kind of work on your thighs a little bit, but you can also use it for your arms and you can squish it in so that’s supposed to be good for your chest, for your breasts, to keep them up and perky.'

Heidi also revealed that she likes to do her cardio on a treadmill. 'I either do it where I’m climbing up the hill or I just run,' she said. But mostly, she just tries to fit in movement every day.

When she does work out, Heidi said she doesn't overdo it. 'Most of the time, when I’m looking around at some of my friends at the gym, they’re pumping weights and running I don’t know how many miles. They run so fast and so hard. They always have something wrong with their back or their knees hurt,' she said. 'Some of my friends are even 10 years younger than me and I’m like, "How come your stuff’s aching and you exercise all the time?" So I think sometimes we shouldn’t overdo it so much. I think it’s definitely important.'

On the food front, Heidi told Women’s Health UK back in 2017 that she’s careful to pick healthy options while on set. She will load up on greens in the morning and tries to shy away from refined carbs when food is being catered. Cake on the other hand...

Congrats on 10 million, Heidi!
