Healthy chocolate chip baked oats recipe full of protein is 'quick and easy'
Baked oats have become all the rage for breakfast in recent months, with new techniques and flavours. If you’re lost as to what to do for your next brekkie, one food creator has replicated the flavours of a chocolate chip cookie in oat form.
Alice, also known as @alicelovesbreakfast on TikTok, shared her take on the popular breakfast. Her recipe can also help you reach your protein goals.

You’ll need to come armed with a blender and a dish, before popping it into the oven. Et voila, you have an indulgent and healthy breakfast ready in no time.

Chocolate Chip Baked Oats
Ingredients
60g oats
20g vanilla protein powder
1 ripe banana
1 egg
60mls milk
1/4 tsp baking powder
Handful dark choc chips
Method
Preheat the oven to 180℃. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into an oven safe dish or ramekin, before topping with chocolate chips.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Serve and tuck in.
