Seeing as we're all over flavoured gins and cocktail recipes in general, it's not often that we're surprised by new drink releases. And then came along hard seltzers, which genuinely seem to be having a moment in the UK right now. While the low-calorie drink, which essentially combines fizzy water with fruit flavouring and an alcoholic spirit, has been a 'thing' over in the US for a while now, launches seem to only just be hitting the UK.
