Halle Bailey Is Angelic in a White Sequin Corset Gown and Layers of Diamonds
Mom and Dad’s night out! Halle Bailey and partner DDG made a glamorous appearance last night in Los Angeles, at the Black Music Collective’s 2024 Recording Academy Honors.
The pair walked the red carpet at the Fairmont Century Plaza in contrasting ensembles. Little Mermaid star Halle looked incredible in a white sequin corset gown with a dramatic scoop neckline by Mach & Mach. The piece was cinched at the waist, creating a sophisticated hourglass silhouette. To add to the glitz and glam, she accessorized with layers of diamond jewelry—including a stunning necklace with light blue gems surrounded by tiny white diamonds, small diamond hoop earrings, and various rings.
Styled by Nichole Goodman, the singer and actor wore glowy makeup, a glossy pink lip, and a braided hairdo.
DDG went the opposite direction with his look, opting for an all-black outfit consisting of a long ribbed double-breasted coat layered over a collared shirt and silky tie, plus matching silky pants and chunky Prada boots. The rapper added black leather gloves with top cutouts, a gold watch and gold bracelet, and elongated black sunglasses.
The couple’s outing comes days after Halle announced they had welcomed their first child, a boy named Halo. She shared the news with a sweet photo on Instagram that showed her pink manicured hand holding the hand of her tiny infant son, who wore a gold bracelet with his name engraved on it.
“Even though we’re a few days into the new year, the greatest thing that 2023 could have done for me, was bring me my son,” Halle captioned the post. “Welcome to the world my halo 🥰👼🏽 ✨the world is desperate to know you 😉🤣♥️.”
