Si King has shared an exciting update with fans following the release of the Hairy Bikers' latest book. The TV star and his late co-star Dave Myers, who passed away in February, worked together on the project, titled Fast and Fresh, which was released in April.

Si, 57, took to Instagram to announce the release of the book in an emotional video last month. He told fans: "Hello everyone, it's Si here. Fast and Fresh from The Hairy Dieters is available tomorrow. Thank you if you pre-ordered, it's hugely appreciated.

“It was a book that Dave and I really loved working on, so yeah there's 80 delicious and easy recipes, easy as I know we're all pushed for time these days. I don't know how that happens but we just aren't we. "It's a lovely book and we had the greatest of joy working on it together. Dave was very proud of it, so here it is. Lots of love to you all."
