Savvy TikTok user shares 'perfect' peanut butter hack: 'Wait a damn minute'
If you’ve ever struggled to get the last few scoops of peanut butter out of the jar, this viral hack is for you.
If you’ve ever struggled to get the last few scoops of peanut butter out of the jar, this viral hack is for you.
On April 14, TikTok user equivocal_intuition shared their trick for easily moving peanut butter at the bottom of the jar back to the top.
As you can see in the video, all you have to do is spin the jar on the floor a few times horizontally in the same direction, making sure that the lid is closed tightly. After you spin your peanut butter, all of the ooey-gooey goodness previously at the bottom of the jar should be back at the top where it’s easier to access.
In the comments, many people expressed surprise over how well equivocal_intuition’s hack works.
“Wait a damn minute,” one person said.
“It’s 5 in the morning and I’m spinning a jar of peanut butter on the floor…….btw it worked,” another user added.
“This should be on martha stewart,” a third person joked.
Since equivocal_intuition’s video went viral, with more than 678,000 likes, several TikTok users have tried the trick out for themselves.
“This is so cool!” TikTok user shopsplat said about their successful attempt.
“It worked,” another person said about their fruitful effort. “I think just a little longer it would’ve been perfect.”
Some people have speculated that this same trick might work on other spreads like Nutella, so even if you aren’t a peanut butter fan, don’t be afraid to try this hack on your go-to gooey condiment.
