H&M's first designer collaboration of the autumn is almost here, and we're predicting another sell-out success...

The high street brand has teamed up with Tokyo-based independent label Toga on its latest collab, which launches online and in selected stores on Thursday, 2 September.

The highly anticipated H&M x Toga Archives capsule collection takes inspiration from Toga founder Yasuko Furata's signature avant garde yet accessible aesthetic. The range is full of new takes on Toga's most popular archive pieces, including statement trench coats, bold midi dresses and standout knitwear, with the label's trademark embellishment and cut-out detailing.

The overall effect is a glamorous collection of hero pieces for your autumn capsule wardrobe. Standout pieces in the collection include the bold and beautiful dark floral dresses with luxe bedazzled detailing, which are bound to fly off the shelves.

We're also loving the monochrome checked midi skirt with cut-out detailing, which will be so easy to dress up or down over the coming months.

As well as key womenswear pieces, the collab features accessories (think bright jewels and statement bags), shoes, and menswear pieces.

'We are huge fans of versatile design at H&M, which is why Yasuko Furuta's ingenious pieces for Toga are so appealing,' said Ann Sofie Johansson, Creative Advisor at H&M, in a release.

'Her signature cut-outs, for example, can be set against bare skin or paired with a sequined underlayer to glamorous effect. We are thrilled to be able to bring her playful but intellectual style to put customers and look forward to the stylish outfit combinations they will create.'

The stunning collection has already got us excited for party season events to come, and we'll be rushing to get our hands on it when it launches on 2 September.
