Depending on where you live right now, it may be truly, atrociously, heinously cold outside, but on Max every Sunday night at 9 P.M. EST, it’s all sunshine, lush jungles, and wellness retreat-ing. That’s right, The White Lotus is back for a third season, bringing with it a brand new murder mystery plot and a whole lot of rich-people-on-vacation style. Yeah, I’m sat.

The show has such a strong visual identity—the saturated colors, the bright patterns, the shimmering water, the straw hats—a lot of which was the work of costume designer Alex Bovaird, who described the wardrobe mood as “elevated vacation dressing [that’s] somewhat aspirational.”

I can’t do anything about your White Lotus-induced travel bug, unfortunately. But I'm here to let you know that Bovaird collaborated with H&M on a collection of clothing, shoes, and accessories all inspired by the costuming moodboards she created for the show, and it's seriously stunning.

Think ‘60s patterns, loose pants and maxi dresses, kaftans, woven bags, and lush, jungle-inspired prints dabbled with subtle textures that at first glance look abstract, but are actually the wrinkles of an elephant trunk or the curve of a snake. And of course, no White Lotus collection would be complete without some really, really good swimsuits.

Bovaird noted that she did a lot of shopping for the show in Bangkok, gravitating towards Thailand-inspired motifs like animal prints, greens, and bold citrus shades, but also brought pieces from California as most of the guests are Americans who packed their suitcases to travel abroad.

“We have this little catchphrase on The White Lotus: ’Nothing’s too much for The White Lotus!’ So I’m more drawn to the bold patterns and the more sumptuous, billowing pieces: the halter-neck dress with the black-and-white elephant print, that flowy kaftan with ruffles, and the one in gorgeous, juicy shades of purple,” said Bovaird. "I love that all these pieces can be worn all day—you could just throw it on to go to breakfast or the pool, or you could dress it up with lots of blind and wear it to dinner.”
