H&M Home buys that look far more expensive, chosen by our Homes Editor
H&M Home is bursting at the seams with new-season goodness right now – from marble bookends to floral paper napkins and salad servers crafted from mango wood.
But for us, it's the high-street hero's selection of splattered and speckled tableware that's really stealing the show – perfect for bringing colour and warmth to dinner parties now and well into the spring and summer seasons.
If spatterware isn't your thing, there are plenty of sleek monochromatic designs to please, plus this season's material du jour: chrome. Take the silver fruit bowl, for example, which would look comfortably at home amongst a luxe tablescape (think: Sabre cutlery, Astier De Villatte candles et al), but is very reasonably priced at £9.99.
The best part? Despite looking so much more expensive, our favourite H&M Home new-ins are all less than £40, with some prices as low as £2.49.
Speaking about the new collection for spring 2025, Evelina Kravaev-Söderberg, Head of Design & Creative at H&M Home, alluded to the serene and modern threads woven throughout the range.
'The H&M Home spring collection celebrates the less-is-more aesthetic, where every element and object is carefully chosen to evoke both a sense of serenity and modernity,' she said.
'From inviting textures and materials, sculptural pieces, geometrical patterns to soothing hues, we hope the clean lines of the collection inspire our customers to embrace the new spring season.'
It's worth noting that the high-street brand's homeware collections often sell out quickly, so we suggest acting fast if you want to update your home with these affordable yet covetable buys for spring.
