GK Barry sparks concerns she will quit I'm A Celeb after old video resurfaces
I'm A Celeb star GK Barry is about to head into the jungle but fans reckon she may well be heading straight out after an old video of her surfaced again. The 25-year-old star, who is already coming under fire for some of the content on her Saving Grace interviews on YouTube, made it very clear in an clip of Loose Women from September that she is not built for the outdoors.
Asked how she would cope if left to fend for herself in the wild, she said: "I would die. I'm looking into that camera now, I would die. I hate the dark, I hate insects, I don't have a positive bone in my body, I would just give up straight away. I just think it's not for me." She is due to start on the show, which involves sleeping outdoors and being bombarded with insects day and night, in a matter of days.
Referring to a story that day, she added: "If my parents did that I'd be so angry. I would have venom in me when I got home. I just think that's not fair. Some people are outdoorsy and some people are sit and do nothing, and I'm sit and do nothing, and that's fine."

The clip has been doing the rounds on TikTok since it was revealed that GK - real name Grace Keeling - would be among the stars appearing on this month's new series of I'm A Celeb. One joked: "This aged well." Another wrote, suggesting she may not last long: "Hates insects but going on I'm A Celeb" with a laughing-face emoji.
The star's inclusion on I'm A Celeb has come under fire from people objecting to her interview with OnlyFans star Bonnie Blue, who claims to have slept with 100 men in a single day. One said: "Her audience is 13-20 year old girls. Young and impressionable. This is not the message young girls should be hearing."
Bonnie has defended the star, telling Metro: "She did not glamorise my job. She allowed me to share my stories. Yeah, she found them funny, but it wasn’t saying she was finding them funny in a good way or bad way, she just allowed me to share my background.|
ITV are thought to have held "crisis talks" over the issue and Grace later deleted the video before flying to Australia where she will join camp alongside Coleen Rooney, Maura Higgins, Oti Mabuse, Corrie's Alan Halsall and her Loose Women co-star Jane Moore.
Grace also has emetophobia, which is a fear of being sick, which may not bode well for some of the tasks, which often leave stars throwing up and has been treated by This Morning stars The Speakmans. She said: "Whether it's me being unwell or other people being unwell near me - yeah, the hard stuff.
"I didn't realise that was a thing because no one actually likes vomit. No one sits there and enjoys that time. So I was like, 'Oh, I dunno what this is.' And then I went to see someone because I was so scared of flying and I had no idea why.
"They were like, were you unwell when you were younger? When I was younger I used to get really bad travel sickness and it used to make me panic when I would be sick because I didn't know what to do and now I just associate that panic with sick."
