Why is it a good deal? 💰

While this isn't the absolute lowest price we've seen this gadget on sale for, it's within $10 of it — and a Labor Day deal of nearly 45% off is nothing to scoff at. Sure, there are cheaper mandolines on the market, but this one comes from a well-respected brand, is made of durable stainless steel that's meant to last and, most importantly, has an abundance of safety features (more on that to come!). Why do I need this? 🤔

Of course, the Oxo Steel Chef's Mandoline Slicer 2.0 can be used for more than just cucumber prep. Way more. It comes with both straight and serrated blades — the straight being ideal for slicing through firmer ingredients and the serrated for softer foods — and can julienne, crinkle cut, waffle cut and straight cut.
