Geri Horner celebrates her husband's Grand Prix success
Geri Horner took to Instagram this weekend to share a series of sweet pictures of her husband Christian Horner, after his Red Bull team raced to victory at the Dutch Grand Prix.
The former Spice Girl captioned the post, “Congratulations @redbullracing @christianhorner @maxverstappen1! Swipe to see how you start race day at the #DutchGP”
Geri’s husband Christian is the Team Principal at Red Bull and this was the first time his team won the Dutch Grand Prix, something definitely worth celebrating.
The post included a hilarious video of Geri arriving in a pristine white dress, with matching heels and handbag, only to put on a helmet and hop on the back of motorbike!
The singer’s 1.1 million fans loved the sweet tribute to Christian, with over 33k liking and commenting, saying things like, "You’re the cutest," "this is amazing" and "so cute seeing you say you're so proud of him."
Geri, 49, and Christian, 47 have been married for six years and are parents to four-year-old son Monty. They also co-parent Bluebell, 15 and Olivia, eight.
In an interview last year with The Times, Geri said, "My children have given me so much joy. But they have challenged me as well, having a 14-year-old daughter… I can't even say in case she kills me! I'm very mindful that the teenage years are a period where support and sensitivity is needed."
