P.S. I Love You actor Gerard Butler and his partner have split after six years together, new reports say.
What is in the water right now? First it was Lili Reinhart and Cole Sprouse, then it was Cody Simpson and Miley Cyrus. And now Gerard Butler and his long time partner Morgan Brown have apparently called time on their relationship.
Real estate developer Morgan and the actor, 50, were first linked back in 2014 after fans spotted them on a beach date in Malibu. The pair then dated for two years before splitting, later reuniting in July 2017. Though, since then, Gerard has said in interviews that he was single (via Metro).
After getting back together again, People say they've gone their separate ways, though neither party has currently commented on the claims.

According to reports, they're both "handling the breakup with maturity," but decided to call it quits because "[Gerard] couldn’t fully settle down with Morgan and commit... they’re better off as friends."
Interestingly, in 2017, Butler opened up about wanting to be a father in the not too distant future, explaining, "In five years I want to be in a relationship. I’d love to have one or two kids — it’s about time."
So who knows! But here's to hoping both parties are doing OK.
