We all know that freckles have been back in vogue for a while now, which is great news for those of us with naturally freckly faces. However, it seems boring brown freckles were just too easy…
Some clever clogs on Instagram has taken things up a notch and created ‘galaxy freckles’, the latest futurist beauty trend.
The make-up look was inspired by a painting of a galaxy girl by ‘Qinniart’ that beauty lover ‘Adrimermaid’ decided to paint on her face, and the rest, as they say, is history.

The trend has quickly swept Instagram with many wanting to try out the colourful look. With several beauty products involved and a obvious steady hand it’s definitely for those who have skills. We think we have more chance of going to the moon than skilfully creating this new mesmerising look.
Luckily, we don’t think it’s really going to become a day-to-day make-up thing. However, we are sure that at a summer festival it would be fab.
