The GAIL's Christmas menu is here and it sounds incredible
With only 42 days to go until Christmas, we are well and truly in the thick of it. Twinkly Christmas lights are everywhere and the Christmas hot drinks and fun festive menu's are finally here!
The latest brand to join in on the fun is GAIL's Bakery with their new Christmas menu for 2024 and we are beyond excited by the sound of these goodies!
The menu consist of a variety of Christmas treats to get you in the festive spirit this winter, but the one thing that really stood out from the range is the Raclette Escargot! No, not the little critter in your garden, but the pastry.
The Raclette Escargot is a dreamy concoction of croissant dough swirled with rarebit sauce, parmesan, sweet caramelised onions, spiced red cabbage and cranberries. Drizzled with jalapeño infused hot honey and sprinkled with fresh thyme.
Plus, seasonal classics such as the Sticky Brioche Christmas Buns with a cinnamon and vanilla frangipane, to festive pantry items, such as the Currant and Sour Cherry Loaf and Green Tomato and Apple Chutney.
And, for the first time ever, GAIL’s have brought out a range of Panettone. Made using a traditional Italian sourdough starter and topped with an abundance of dried fruits, peels and nuts. They've brought out 3 different flavours, including Pistachio and Lemon, White Chocolate and Mandarin and Classic Candied Fruit!
We're going to grab the white chocolate and mandarin one before it sells out! Plus, we know it would make the perfect gift for sharing with your loved ones this Christmas.
For Christmas sandwich lovers, the brand is also selling a Christmas Smoked Turkey and Swiss Cheese Sandwich and Mince Pies, made with sweet Jonagold apples.
