The floating home spans 50 feet in length, offering three layout options, each with ensuite bathrooms. A rooftop lounge can be personalised with features like a hot tub or solar panels. Arkup 50 provides up to 2,218 square feet of flexible living space, powered by solar panels, with optional add-ons for increased self-sufficiency. It can be equipped with propulsion to navigate shallow waters, reaching speeds of up to 8.5 knots and covering 500 nautical miles.
