Friends stars celebrate Lisa Kudrow’s 60th birthday

Friends actress Lisa Kudrow turns 60 today (July 31) and her former co-stars were quick to share some special birthday tributes to mark the occasion.

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox, who famously played Rachel Green and Monica Geller in the classic sit-com, both took to Instagram to celebrate Kudrow’s special day.

The actresses each shared a collection of photos of Kudrow, alongside heartfelt messages.

Anniston posted a range of images, including some throwback snaps and a few more recent ones.

"Please join me in celebrating one of my favourite people on the planet. LISA KUDROW!!" she captioned the post, adding in some birthday themed emojis. "She’s been my friend and my family for nearly 30 incredible years.

"I cherish you… I love you, my sweet Floosh. One of the most talented comedians/actors I’ve had the great honour to work with for all these glorious years and more to come! Happy Lisa’s Birthday!"

Similarly, Cox shared some recent selfie’s she’d taken with Kudrow alongside a heartwarming tribute to her Friends co-star.

"Happy Birthday my Loot," she wrote. "This is my second attempt: ChatGPT didn’t give you nearly the amount of love I feel for you.

"You are the smartest, funniest, most thoughtful person. I always feel seen and loved when I’m around you. That’s the gift you give to those you love."

Kudrow later took to her Instagram Story to thank everyone for all the birthday messages.

"Thanks for all the happy birthday wishes. This wish is for all of you!" Kudrow wrote, sharing a photo of herself preparing to blow out some birthday candles.
