Former TOWIE star Lauren Pope has maternity photography lesson, ahead of first child's arrival

Excited to bring you another expert ‘how to’ from The Mum Space group and this week is all about capturing the best possible photos of your bump and also your little ones all using your phone. We were lucky enough to have professional motherhood photographer Suzi Bird talk us through how we do this ourselves at home. Her tips are so useful and handy in making this way easier to do. I was worried that because of lockdown I would miss the chance to capture my bump in pictures but having these tips helped in being able to create some backdrops at home to get some great images that I am so happy with rather than needing to go to a professional studio. Suzi will take you through the right and most flattering lighting to aim for and how to avoid harsh shadows over your face, what kind of clothes are best to wear and how to wear them, how to pose and position your body, where to stand in your home and she also covers newborn pictures and how to create an interesting background. Then once you have your images Suzi will give tips on what apps are best to be able to edit your pictures to really make them pop.
