British footwear label Shoegarden has launched a line of office appropriate-slippers designed to boost our mood and improve productivity at work.

The Cambridge-based brand sells a range of designs produced from natural materials. Deemed ‘good for the feet’, there’s everything from cork clogs to woollen slippers on offer.

A spokesperson for the company announced: “It is now increasingly acceptable to dress in an off duty, effortless style. We feel employees should work in comfort and we therefore sell a huge variety of indoor slippers with contoured footbed insoles to ensure utmost comfort and foot support.”

According to the label, Shoegarden’s own employees happily walk around in the office in a pair of snug slippers and it has proven to be ‘tremendously beneficial’ in terms of workplace performance.

For those interested in trialling the trend, it’s good to know that a pair could be yours for between £34.99 and £79.99.

This just took pyjama dressing to a whole new level…
