Food blogger makes cheesecake mid-flight from her plane seat
A passenger made a cheesecake from her plane seat in the middle of a flight.
Food blogger Federica Rossi, from Italy, appeared to be on a Ryanair aircraft as she whipped up the sweet treat.
She recorded herself filling a baking tin on a fold-out tray with ingredients including what appeared to be crushed biscuits, melted butter, a jar of what appeared to be syrup or honey, spreadable cheese, and jam.
The Independent has contacted Ryanair to clarify what their food and drinks policy is on board flights.
